Contact Forms

Our website stores a copy of your message and details submitted via the contact form. The message logs are stored for 90 days and are then automatically deleted.

Booking System

When booking via our website you will be required to enter your name, email and phone number. These details will be stored alongside your PayPal transaction ID within our booking database. These details are only accessible by the people under the “Data Access” heading.

Your data is all stored in our website’s database and can only be accessed by the website administrator and the club chairman. In the event of staff changes the password is reset so only the newly appointed staff have access.
