On Saturday 9th February the club gathered to celebrate the club and its members’ success throughout 2018. During the evening we enjoyed a lovely three course meal, followed by the presentation of well earned awards and certificates. A big thank you to Eliza Cook for organising the event at the White Horse in Royal Leamington Spa.

Diving qualification certificates were presented during the evening to the following members present having completed their training during 2018.

Eliza Cook was awarded with the well deserved Most Promising Diver which was presented at Stoney Cove the following weekend by our Diving Officer Helen Hay

Andy Hay wins the Wettest Diver trophy having completed 29 dives during 2018.
For his continued support to the club equipment and instructing, even with his knee operation slowing him down a bit, Paul Daniels (Club Chairman) was pleased to present Andy Hay with the Dolphin Trophy for services to the club
Paul Daniels was interrupted presenting the award by the Diving Officer Helen Hay to present Paul with the Rose Bowl for Club Person of the Year. For his dedication to the roles of Chairman and Training Officer as well as undertaking all the Sport Diver training and most of the Ocean Diver Lectures.
